Cancellation Policy
All services, including but not limited to Web Design, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Marketing, Hosting Services, or Maintenance, are undertaken following a thorough analysis. This process ensures that our team fully understands the scope of work before starting, minimizing the need for cancellation, reversal, or dispute.
Cancellation Requests:
1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or making a payment for a full refund.
2. Any cancellation request made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
3. To initiate a cancellation, the Purchaser must submit a request via email, clearly stating the reason for cancellation.
Conditions for Rejection of Cancellation:
1. No cancellations will be accepted once work on the project has commenced.
2. If work has started, any remaining payments must be settled.
Any instructions related to order initiation, processing, or cancellation, regardless of whether issued by a contractual or full-time employee of yours, will be considered final.
In the event of a project cancellation, the Client is required to pay for all completed work and any non-refundable costs incurred up until the date of cancellation.
We are entitled to compensation if we believe that a cancellation or refund request is being made to evade penalties or legal obligations.
We reserve the right to automatically cancel an order if we discover any legal issues related to the Purchaser or their organization. Prohibited activities resulting in automatic cancellation are:
1. Violating any laws or regulations.
2. Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
3. Interfering with or disrupting our website or services.
4. Using our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
Refund Policy
Full Refund: A full refund will be granted if the project has not commenced within 90 days of receiving the initial upfront payment.
No Refunds: No refund will be issued if:
1.The project has already started or after deliverables have been issued.
2. The project has been uploaded to the server or completed.
3. A domain has been registered on your behalf.
In cases where services are rejected or objected to by a government body, refunds will be processed only to the extent of the amount we receive back from the government, excluding fees for our services.
Refunds will not be granted due to insufficient system requirements on your end, such as poor internet connection, incompatible hardware or software, or other similar issues.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 to 60 business days and credited to your bank account. You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
